Big Grassy River First Nation LP was first introduced to ORIGIN through word of mouth, understanding that origin was the go-to company when preparing communities for pre-screening and selection of candidates for training in the heavy equipment operation field. We hired ORIGIN to help us identify the right people to invest in and put through an underground mining training program developed in partnership with a local mining company. Since then, ORIGIN has been a true partner in helping us to identify and use funding in ways that are going to result in successful, training-to-employment initiatives! We chose to work with ORIGIN because they put people first and are constantly striving to achieve the best outcome for Indigenous peoples and their participation in the workforce, in unique and innovative ways.
